Kelly McClain

Introducing Kelly McClain, a dedicated financial advisor with a heart for her clients and a journey that weaves from small-town Illinois to the vibrant city of Louisville. Growing up as the second of ten children in a tight-knit community south of Chicago, Kelly's journey took an interesting turn when she earned a full-ride volleyball scholarship to the University of Louisville. Falling in love with the city, she decided to make it her permanent home.

After four years of college volleyball and a stint playing professionally in Germany, Kelly transitioned from the volleyball court to the world of financial advising. Having been financially independent since the age of 17, she values being a prudent custodian of every dollar. Seventeen years ago, Barry Kemp took Kelly under his wing, becoming a long-term mentor who played a pivotal role in shaping her career. Now, they are partners, and Barry is an integrated part of her children's lives. Kelly takes pride in providing fee-conscious, customized strategies to help her clients address financial concerns and work toward their goals.  

Kelly's journey is deeply rooted in gratitude, as Louisville took a chance on the small-town girl from Illinois, forever becoming her home. Outside of her professional life, Kelly finds inspiration and purpose in her three children Annabelle, Brady, and Cami who fuel her drive and dedication. Graduating from the University of Louisville in 2001, Kelly brings a unique blend of Midwestern values, financial acumen, and a passion for helping others to her role as a professional financial advisor.
